Change or Cancellation of your order
If you need to change details of, your delivery address, add items or remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please make contact immediately as I post daily.
Please quote your order number. If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you will need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products. There are some products which we cannot cancel, refund or exchange, including cut fabrics, lace, patterns and smocking needles.
It is not possible to make changes to your order once it has been despatched. If you would like to add products to your order, please place a new order.
Some goods may be exchanged subject to prior approval (with Manufacturers packaging intact) with House of Smocking and the additional postage being paid by you the customer.
If buying from outside the UK, please note that if you refuse to pay the customs charge, we will not accept return of the goods and you will loose the cost of your order and postage.
Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that goods are faulty or reach you in an unsatisfactory condition, please notify House of Smocking within three days of receiving the goods and we will arrange to have the item exchanged, upon return of the item with the original packaging.
No refund of postage costs will be made.
